Registration

Early Bird Registration closes October 1st, 2026

• $25 per Scout/Tag-A-Long
• $15 per Adult
• Includes: All camp activities, photo ops, and patch (while supplies last).

Regular Registration closes October 22, 2026

• $30 per Scout / Tag-A-Long (non-scouter)
• $20 per Adult including “Tag-A-Long” Adults
• Staff Member Registration: $10 fee (includes meals & patch while supplies last).
• No On-Site Registration available.

Meals

• Lunch Ticket — $5.00 per person
• Dinner Ticket —$5.00 per person

Event Patches

• Included with early registration (while supplies last).
• Distributed to youth participants on first come, first served basis.

Event T-Shirts

• Available through ordering portal until September 25th cut-off date of September 25th at mid-night
• Dri-Fit $15.00
• Cotton $15.00

Reminder: All registered adult leaders should complete current BSA Youth Protection Training before attending; click here to take or renew the training.

Talent Release:   
Your registration constitutes your agreement that BSA Rio Grande Council has the right and permission to use and publish the photographs/ film/video tapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings made of participant by the Rio Grande Council.   I hereby authorize and release BSA Rio Grande Council from any and all liability from such use and publication. I hereby authorize the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage and/or distribution of said photographs/film/ video tapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings without limitation at the discretion of BSA and I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have for any of the foregoing. If this is an issue, please notify the event chair prior to October 21st, 2026
