This training will provide a wonderful opportunity for entire leadership teams to learn about all the moving parts that make a pack work, plus it fosters teamwork and allows for the sharing of ideas with other likeminded Scouters.
Cub Scout Leader Position-Specific Training has been developed to give new leaders the knowledge and skills, as well as support, that they need to be successful. The course is designed to provide Scout Leaders with the basic information they need to successfully carry out the duties of their position.
