Sign up does not guarantee delegate spot.  ** \n  \n LIMIT 1 SCOUT PER UNIT \n  \n  \n PURPOSE: A report to Texas on Scouting’s achievements from each council in Texas. \n  \n  \n Join us for the 75th annual Report to the State of Texas. All 18 councils in Texas are invited to participate. The method of participation is the formation of a council delegation. Because of space limitations at the hotel and at the Capital, and time constraints, the size of each council delegation is restricted to a maximum of 8 youth and 2 adults including your council’s youth speaker representative.  Only Scout youth delegates will be allowed on the floor of the House of Representatives due to space limitations. The other adults in your delegation will be able to sit in the gallery of the House of Representatives.   \n  \n  \n Our youth speaker representative's primary task is to deliver the Rio Grande Council’s official report at the designated report location.  An additional selection process will be used to determine this individual.  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n 2025 Delegate Event Schedule \n  \n  \n 7:30am – Check in at breakfast gathering \n  \n  \n 8:00am – Breakfast and program \n  \n  \n 9:00am – Scout Spirit Rally, South steps of Capitol \n  \n  \n 9:30am – Scout Spirit Rally concludes \n  \n  \n 10:00am – House Chamber opens for youth delegates \n  \n  \n 10:20am – Report to State begins \n  \n  \n 11:00am – Group photo in House Chamber (youth delegates only) \n  \n  \n 11:30am – Report to State concludes \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n   \n
